Your body wants to tell you something

You know how some days you just don’t “have it”?

You feel tired right when you wake up?

Or get sleepy in the middle of the afternoon when you’re trying to finish up your work?

That’s your body.

It’s saying, "hello"!

And it’s letting you know that the things you’ve been doing up to that point in the day aren’t working.

It also likes to tell you when you’re really taking care of it.

Like when you feel happy, relaxed, motivated, and connected to the world around you.

Basically, your body is constantly talking to you, and all you need to do is listen…

So you’ve been on a weight loss journey and your energy levels are up, your productivity is sky high, and you’re loving how you feel…

Why should it matter if that lousy scale says that you’ve gained a pound that week?

Whose opinion matters more to you - the body that carries your heart and knows every single thing about you, or a machine that can only measure one thing?

When you choose your body, the pounds will eventually come off too.

But at that point you won’t make such a big fuss out of it,

Because you’ll have been feeling good for so long already.
