Here’s what I think:
It really doesn’t matter.
Of course, it matters in the sense that the plan you choose for yourself needs to align with your body’s needs.
But until you’ve locked in the mindset of someone who is able to execute without struggle, it really doesn’t matter because you won’t be able to sustain whatever you choose.
Sequencing does matter.
Getting your mind right always needs to come before figuring out the “new plan”.
It’s the difference between building a home on a solid foundation versus one with none at all.
