"Just don't eat that"...and other useless advice
“Just don’t eat it.”
That is what I would tell myself.
But it never worked.
The feeling of not being able to conquer my food cravings was really tough for me to face. I’d always been super successful at everything I set my mind to, so why was it that I couldn’t say no to that sugary treat?
It’s one thing to fail.
It’s another thing to keep failing at something which is making you feel bad, keeping you from doing your best work, and literally shortening your life. And That’s what I was doing, every day.
If you’re like I was, and this inability to stop eating sugary foods is the only thing in life that’s keeping you from being your absolute best every day, then you know what the cost of this problem is …
Never enough energy.
Not producing at the levels you want.
Knowing that you’re not as happy as you could be.
All because of this one issue that you keep trying and failing to fix.
If you’re truly ready to resolve this issue, you need to invest some time into learning about the connection you've created with certain foods and the mental programs that run inside you when different things happen in your life.
This is the ONLY way to get to the root of the problem. Everything else is a band aid.
I can attest that this time will be well spent.
When you finally liberate yourself from the struggle, and all that wasted energy is freed up to be the most kickass version of yourself, you’ll understand what I mean.
It feels so good.
