Oprah is constantly gaining and losing weight and telling people about how she did it.

Basically as a well-intentioned way to get people to do what she did.

But as you and I know now, every body is different.

Every single person’s nervous system, organs, and the way they digest foods is all different.

The way they respond to exercise is all different, too.

Anybody who tells you:

“Hey, I lost weight”


“I accomplished this with my food cravings and this is how you should do it”

Is highly misguided.

They can’t understand exactly who you are and where you’re coming from.

That’s why our system is so awesome.

Because it’s a frame work for you to customize a plan for yourself based on how you respond to your own experiences you create as you go through the program.

We teach you how to listen to your body, your own body…

Not how to listen to Oprah telling you how to eat.

We teach you how to conquer your own specific food cravings,

Not what anybody else used to conquer their own food cravings. (How many people do you know who’ve done that successfully, anyway?)

Our structures and systems are built out so that you can customize it for your own experience. And that’s the thing that matters most because your body is the only one you’re trying to heal.

Most people don’t want this.

Most people want to be able to read a book or go to a trainer who will tell them step by step exactly what to do.

They think that following somebody else’s advice is easier.

But it isn’t.

It’s actually really hard, and ineffective.
There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but following your own body is actually the easiest way to go.

We don’t help large amounts of people all do the same thing.

We show you how to find your way through your own experience.
